Our Sins Are Forgiven

Good morning beloved, happy Saturday,

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.”

(Romans 3:23).

The bad news is that all have sinned; the good news is that there in forgiveness through Christ and His shed blood. Through Adam we are all sinners by nature and by practice, but in Christ we are made righteous.

Sin is missing the mark, for the standard of God is perfection. If anyone breaks even one of God’s commandments is guilty of all. It is like a ten link bracelet. If one link is broken, the whole bracelet is ruined.

There is no one is righteous. Paul wrote, “As it is written: ‘There is none righteous, no, not one; There is none who understands; there is none who understands; there is none who seeks after God.’”

We are all guilty before God; our sin separated us from God. Praise God for Romans 6:23, “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” All our sins are forgiven and there no condemnation for us.

We are justified by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Let is rejoice that we are sinners saved by grace. Jesus solved our sin problem by His death and resurrection.
