Just Ask Jesus

Good morning beloved, happy Thursday,

“If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.”

(John 14:14).

Jesus in the last hours before His arrest, was with His disciples celebrating Passover and instituting the Lord’s Supper. In the Upper Room, He gave them many promises to encourage their hearts.

Today’s verse shows how Jesus wants us to just ask. No request is too big or too small. Jesus said, “If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.” What a great invitation and promise to every believer.

Jesus said in Luke 9:9-10, “So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.”

God not only invites us to pray and wants us to pray, but He also delights when we pray. Let us take everything to the Lord.
