Do Good And Share

Good morning beloved, happy Thursday,

“But do not forget to do good and to share, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.”

(Hebrews 13:6).

There many things in life we should remember, and for us as believers, this is one we should never forget. Jesus taught it and the apostles reinforced it.

Doing good is always needed on a daily basis. Jesus said, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven” (Matthew 5:16). Our lives should be characterized by doing good in Jesus’ name and for His sake.

Paul wrote in Ephesians 2:10, “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.”

Sharing is giving some of what we have to others who need it. Kids and adults alike must learn to share, it doesn’t come naturally. Doing good and sharing is a sacrifice of love and greatly pleases the Lord. May the Lord help us to do good and share.

Doing good is what we should; and sharing is caring.
