Peace With God

-November 12, 2025-

Good morning beloved, happy Wednesday,

“Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

(Romans 5:1).

The fifth chapter of Romans is so deep and rich; it shows what God has made us in Christ. The title of Romans 5:1-5 is “Faith Triumphs In Trouble.” We are saved by grace through faith. It is never about what we do, but what Christ has done for us us on the cross.

Before we were saved we were strangers, aliens, and enemies. Now we are His beloved children. Jesus died, was buried, and rose again to bring us forgiveness, salvation, and eternal life. The word justification is wonderful word and concept meaning that God has declared us to be righteous. Some have said and rightly so, that it is just as if we had never sinned.

Because we are “justified by faith, we have peace God through our Lord Jesus Christ.” This peace occurred the moment we received Christ as Lord and Savior. It is a rich, deep, and abiding peace. It is completely apart from our own efforts.

In order to experience that peace we to surrender to the Lord and let Him have His way and will in our lives. We now have a personal relationship with God through Christ. We who were far from God and are brought near by the blood of Christ. Paul wrote in Ephesians 2:13-14, “But now in Christ Jesus you who were once far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation.”

Let us rejoice we have peace with God. Have a blessed and wonderful day. Stay safe and healthy.

Peace with God: the world didn’t give to us and the world can’t take it away.
