God Supplies All Our Needs

Good morning beloved, happy Friday,

“And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”

(Philippians 4:19).

We all have needs, spiritual, mental, physical and material. Only God can supply our every need. He knows what we need even before we ask.

Paul was thankful for the generous gifts the Philippians gave to him. Today’s verse is both a prayer and a promise. I like how he says, “And my God shall supply all you need.” He doesn’t just meet some of our needs, some of the time, but all our needs, all the time.

The word supply is defined as, “the quantity or amount (as of a commodity) needed or available; the act or process of filing a want or need.” God supplies our needs not out of His riches but according to His riches. God’s riches are endless. When He gives something to us He still has just as much left. Amazing!

He meets our needs by Christ Jesus. We should always thank Him for what He has done for us and what He has given to us. His storehouses in heaven abound expeditiously and His rivers flow freely and fully.

Let us beseech the Lord in prayer to the only One who can do it for us and give it to us. We should always pray according to God’s will. Have a blessed day rejoicing in His blessings, benefits, and bounties. Stay safe and healthy.

Every need He will supply, for His rivers never run dry.
