Good morning beloved, happy Lord’s Day,
(Colossians 1:16).
Our Lord Jesus is the Creator and Sustainer of all things. He is the active agent in creation. Hebrews 1:2 tells us, “…has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds.” The Greek word for worlds is alones aeons.
Our Savior died for us, rose from the dead, ascended back to heaven, and is sitting at the right hand of God. We worship a risen Savior! He has promised to come again. Hallelujah!
Since He created us, saved us, and intercedes for us, let us give Him all the glory. The great preacher, Billy Sunday, once said, “There are two hundred fifty-six names in the Bible for the Lord Jesus Christ, and I suppose that this was because He was infinitely beyond all that any one name name could express. His name is above all names, exalted by the Father.
